"It's a good place but needs serious attention especially cleanliness in the rooms"

Environment in and out was interesting. Breakfast and Catering personnel were user-friendly. Receptionist and security officers were very welcoming.

Airconditioner was not working, insufficient channels on DSTV.

Rooms telephone were not working and tv remotes some were not working there no cosmetics an tissue papers for bathroom use

We liked the food. Animals were interesting.

Pools were not clear. Passable. Jacuzzi should have hot water especially on a cold day. Saw rats running inbetween the plants. whilst in the jacuzzi. Awful sight.
