SCAMMERS!!
Biggest Scam on bookings.com. I got there after having paid and they told me they are fully booked and refused to let us in. The receptionist is EXTREMELY rude on the phone. Poor customer service. Don’t not book here! I have not to this day gotten my money back either. The drive there also is very dodgy, no security at the property either.

The owner so rude and loud forced us to pay more money when we got there or cancel the booking and stand a chance on loosing the money we already paid online since well the accommodation doesn't refund 😒 we tried to call booking.com to report the matter with no reply from them. I'm disappointed on both booking.com and queens and kings lodge from Durban.
