We called they after paying to confirm address they said we must go back were we come from …they are not open ,they closed for the weekend.

Overall….they wasted my money and petrol to reject us after paying.

1. The lady demanded that I pay R500 extra over and above what I paid online via booking.com. 2. The rooms were untidy. 3. The service was pathetic. 4. Toilet pape was not provided. We had to buy our own. 5. Towels were never enough for the number of booked guests. 6. Tea and Coffee were not provided. 7. The security of the establishment is significantly compromised as there is no fencing on some parts. 8. The pictures online about the place are very misleading. The actual establishment doesn't look anywhere close to the pictures posted online 9. Some information about the establishment posted online is also not correct. For example, the 09h00 check-in time is a lie. 10. The yard is not maintained. Grass was very tall, with no evidence of it having been cut in the recent past. 11. The property owner is often absent from the business, and is often not reachable on the calls. 12. Our food ended up rotting as the stove would trip electricity every time we attempted to cook. 13. The communal bathroom was frequently unusable because it was always dirty. 14. The establishment is infested with ants and mosquitoes. There is no evidence of control in place for these pests. 15. The three sets of guests who recently rented a room in this establishment left unhappy. 16. It is with regret and pity that booking.com requires us to pay upfront. It pities the guests against scrupulous operators as these,as they know that, the guests' money is already with them, and is non-refundable.

1. Iyooo the place is a mess 2. No Clean towels, no bath towels just hand towels 3. Staff you're dealing with an illegal immigrate from Malawi who cannot understand 1 English word just good morning, keeps on saying "I don't know " 4. The property has a remote operating gate but no fence all around, my car was just there 5. Microwave not working 6. Should have a place to post cups I had coffee with "hahahaah still laughing at myself, had to cut our vacation down with 2 days as I developed a sickness while there 4. TV is not operational my kids stayed in that horrible place for 5 days 😢 This place is a health risk wouldn't recommend it for anyone

The area is not safe as the place doesn’t have a fence on one side, the 2 rooms we booked didn’t lock from outside One bedroom the door lock was out. The bathroom had shaving blades and the bathtub was blocked, I had to request the caretaker to clean. The windows handles were off. We tried contacting the number provided and no answer for days.

We booked for 2 rooms and we were 3. We were given our 2 rooms the first night, the following day they forced us into 1 room because they were over booked. Nothing was working there, the Wi-Fi , The Stoves and The kettles all NOT WORKING. We booked for 4 days and we had to relay on takeaways. It was a horrible experience there. Plz don’t waste your money going there, you’ll regret it.
