The property had a big yard and in a quiet area which was very nice.

On booking.com they mentioned that they have a swimming pool which is not even working, their warm water takes so long to get warm, their rooms are very tiny and smelly. The air conditioning system isn’t working. Everything at their property is not working. The staff is very rude not to talk about the owner. I was supposed to stay there for 2 nights with my parents whom I had took out for the weekend away from home just to have some quality time with them. I chose somewhere with a swimming pool because we don’t have a pool at our home but to my surprise they advertised what they don’t have. And I decided to check out the next morning so that I’d find somewhere with a swimming pool and bigger rooms. I was supposed to pay $155 for the night and I went to them and complained saying that I’ll pay them $120 because they lied to me I had liked the place for what I had seen which they didn’t and they tried to force me to pay the full amount which I refused and they locked their gate with us inside trying to make us pay the full amount but I didn’t anyways and the owner even said we’re running a business here and the money we charge is for the room not what comes with the property as if they know what made me choose to stay at their property. They locked us in for 2 hours and we called the police that’s when they opened for us. I posted some pictures of how the swimming pool actually look and their tiny rooms with fan and our suitcases outside their accommodation and unable to leave because they locked their gate for us.

They prepared breakfast we didn't eat without even asking us. We don't eat pork and they had pork. The location was the worst .we couldn't get any car service to leave the facility.

Their swipe machines didn't work because of their location and awful network. So they asked us to go withdraw cash or else they were not gonna prepare our dinner we had ordered. It was just awful to go through all that.

I loved the friendly staff especially Michelle Edwards who was very professional and the property was clean and the landscaping was great. I enjoyed my dinner made on order by chef Michelle Edwards. I was visiting from Washington DC am Zimbabwean and this made me feel like a home away from home. The rooms are named after our big five animals and this made me feel proud. I loved the WiFi availability and the clean rooms.

I loved everything I didn’t like that I had to leave after one night as the place was fully booked.
