Gletwyn Boutique Guesthouse

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Everything you need to get a good nights rest and perfect location if you are looking for a quite atmosphere. In the mornings you here the birds instead of the hustle of the city. Very tranquil place.

The wifi was a bit slow.

There were no amenities in the bedroom The shower pressure was nonexistent Food was not good Toilet roll holders kept on falling off No bar service for drinks or sodas Lack of POS for payment - made it inconvenient to draw money However staff were very friendly

Very wonderful quiet peaceful place definitely home away from home I enjoyed my short stay,wil definitely stay here again,really friendly staff..

The bed and bedding were nice

-The soap holder in the shower, toilet roll holder and Sink tap were loose. -There is no milk in the room -Other guests arrived at 1.30am and made a lot of noise and then again at 6am and were just left to do so. -The water pressure in the shower was terrible -Wifi was also very on and off -The yogurt given for breakfast was expired. -Also no milk for tea or coffee at breakfast

Very clean and quiet location

Notified via Booking.com my arrival time yet noone attended to the gate for a good 10 mins There was no warm water available There was no chef available yet the booking says breakdown can be ordered on site.

The staff was so helpfull and friendly. Everybody went out of their way to make us feel at home.
