1. Air con didn't work, and the geyser wasn't functional in the morning - Mbizi 2. No wifi services were offered. 3. Dirty floor rug. Sheets could also do with some whitening

Had a great stay, loved the service, the staff made sure l was well taken care of.......the food was very delicious and l also spent some time in the bar and the barman was wonderful made me a good cocktail and we had an awesome conversation, also enjoyed the music Playlist at bar..........can wait to return back 😋

"Underwhelming and bad value for money."

No hot water. When we asked the staff they said to run the water for ten minutes, it got like warm after 15mn. The shower door does not close and it flooded the bathroom. Fixtures are shabby, bed very small. Photos are deceptive.
