A great place to stay on the mountain with a beautiful view, highly recommended. And the owner of this place, Ferdinando, is simply amazing. Very helpful, everything is arranged when you need it, pick-up and drop-off from/to the hotel in the city centre whenever you need it, not to mention the food and the view from the terrace of the restaurant directly over the sea to the other islands and the castle. Everything was perfect, comfortable and wonderful, best of luck to Ferdinado and I wish him to continue to do so wonderfully with the same great service and wonderful real Italian family food. Ferdinando was amazing. He was driving us to the center of Ischia and back after sending him a quick message that we require a ride. Amazing service! Amazing restaurant as well. We felt we were part of the family! I recommend staying there 100%

Everyone at the property was extremely welcoming and very helpful. The free shuttle was great, and the host gave us a lot of tips / advice about where to visit on the island and how to get there using the buses. The restaurant is fantastic for dinner and the free breakfast was delicious. Loved every minute of our stay!

The owner and the staff are very friendly. Transportation to Porto was provided everyday, during the day and the night ( to midnight). We enjoyed breakfast that included traditional ischian cornetto and fresh fruits right from the garden. The room is comfy and very clean.

everything was AMAZING. Ferdinando is beyond human. he cooks the most amazing food for lunch & dinner. it was best food we’ve had on the entire trip! I’ve also never had someone in Europe pay as diligent attention to my allergies as Ferdinando. don’t skip on the rabbit. it was the best rabbit we had on the island & tried other places. since the property is slightly out of town, Ferdinando and his father Miguele shutteled us in and out of the city center as needed. this service was fantastic and necessary since it’s a 17 - 20 min walk completely uphill otherwise. Ferdinando was constantly available, and answered all of our questions within minutes. even the servers we had at breakfast lunch and dinner (specifically Julio) were wonderful & made you feel right at home. the views from the hotel are magnificent!!! you can see the castle and whole city from U campagnuolo. we left today giving heartfelt hugs to Ferdinando, Miguele and Julio upon leaving & wished we stayed there longer.

if we have to put one gripe, the beds are slightly hard. but it didn’t obstruct our sleep at all. it also didn’t matter as this place is just a gem.

It's my third stay in Ischia -- in my opinion, this is the best place among the different small hotels that I've so far stayed in Ischia. While, as clearly mentioned in the description, the pension is located on a steep hill, the location also has several advantages: it's very quiet and green around and there is a fantastic view over the Gulf of Naples and onto the Castello Aragonese. The owner is very kind and is ready to give you a lift to/from the town whenever you like (except for the short siesta time in the early afternoon). Italian breakfast is great as always and the room is quite big and has a nice terrace.

Lovely stay, very quiet and peaceful. Friendly and relaxed host, tasty breakfast until 10.30am - fantastic for not a morning person like me :)
