Good location good amenities. I liked the shared lounge/kitchen to prepare food etc.

Nothing negative to say.

Good position and facilities. Excellent communication from the owner.

Shower good but very small. Only de-caf coffee in the room.

Cheaper end of the market. Good if you just want a bed for the night. Bathroom shared between 3 rooms.

No heating for 2 nights, despite cold nights. Owner informed, but no response until the stay was over.

Practically everything. Good location on the road into town (so easy to find) but not noisy and not too far from centre. Bus stops to get the lakes 555 bus just opposite. Stayed in the ground floor Small Double Room which was ok size wise (be aware though that the bed has one side by the wall, which wasn’t an issue for us) and had plates and cutlery and mini fridge which was a welcome bonus as was the use of the guest lounge with microwave and toaster.

Lovely accommodation. The room was small but very functional. The sun streamed through our window in the morning which kept the room lovely and warm. We made use of the guest lounge in the late afternoon to soak up the ladt of the sun and at breakfast time. The lounge room had a microwave, kettle and toaster if you wanted to make your own breakfast. We appreciated the recommendations of food nearby.

Our only suggestion is that information is given on finding the parking spot behind the accommodation as it wasn't easily obvious from the front of the building.
