Room was spacious, very clean.

the bed was good but a little bit too soft for my taste. The water pressure in the shower was a little too low (but good enough to clean yourself)

Simple, no frills room.

Property very central walking distance to Kendal centre. Controlled entry very good and easy to understand. We had pre-booked parking at back of property. Room although small was clean.

Room was very small and cramped with en-suite a poor add on. No where to put clothes etc. The bed was uncomfortable and against a wall which for anyone with mobility issues is not ideal. The shower temperature control wasn’t working either cold or scalding hot. We were so disheartened with this property we only stayed one night instead of two and just came home early. Overall very disappointing.

Everything clean. The host was very clear on the instructions making it very easy! There was a book with recommendations of the surroundings! Good place to base for the lake district. 30 min driving to most of the lakes and hiking paths!

-Maybe I didn't find it, but there should be a way to shut down the door code. I was always putting the wrong code even to go to the toilet 😅 Very handy system though! -The fridge is a bit noisy. Luckily I was dead after the hikes! -There are a limited parking places for the house, one night someone stole (my!?) parking place but I could find a parking place after circling around the surrounding streets. These are not bad comments, just a way to get even better if possible 👍

Everything was good .

Well located, clean and comfortable, was self checkin but easy to contact owner. Fans for room very much appreciated on a very hot weekend and parking space. Will definitely be booking again, thanks!
