Good location, quiet

Bed too soft and far too small for two people. No hot water for 2 days. Cobwebs on the wall over the TV.

When I arrived I had to be let in. I can't find n email with door entry number on. The gentleman let me in and gave me the number. Else I would have been stuck?

It was clean small but well appointed

The facilities for clothes hanging is very poor

The location is good, and bus stop for the city bus is very near to the property so commuting to the city center was good. Also there is small private Garden outside house with chairs ,which was very cosy.

As it was self-check-in, initially it was quite a task to figure out the code for opening the lock as it was provided in the mail which was sent at the time of payment of booking property. I suggest to send the code again by mail on the day of the Check-in for convenience. Not many options for food nearby as only Chinese takeaway round the corner.

Great property. Very well maintained and easy access to the lakes. Lovely town centre. Very good amenities. Will definitely stay here again

The property was perfect to sleep in. The location was great and with the booklet given the information really helped. The scheme of the room was lovely. It was very clean.

The only problem we had was the shower wasn’t very good.
