Everything was very clean and comfortable. The room had everything covered. Hannah was really communicative so all in all , a great stay

Sat Nav doesn’t quite take you to the Parking which is at the rear of the property. Was a bit confusing in the dark!

Had to read entry instructions quite a few times to follow through and gain access through front door and also in room. Parking at back of property adequate but a little tricky (Maybe because it was raining and dark on day and time of arrival). Much better once you can see exactly where to park.

I had a lovely room, with a fridge, tea making facilities and allocated parking. Hannah provided all the instructions so it was easy to find. Good location in town, walking distance to restaurants.

Nothing really. All my other comments are negative. We had booked for 2 nights but the thought of a second night prompted us to cut our stay short and leave after 1 night.

The room was small and cramped, the decor dingy, and the "bathroom" was a cupboard. The bed was against the wall so the person on that side had either to crawl down the bed or climb over the other person. And their "bedside table" was a small shelf behind the head of the bed.

Very clean, lovely room, good location for the centre of Kendal.

Parking was a bit of an issue, as someone had stolen my designated parking space. But that was sorted out.
