"I had a fantastic experience! Anytime I faced a challenge, the team was quick to find a solution, and their customer service was excellent. The location was perfect—it made it so easy to explore Lisbon on foot and visit the main tourist attractions without relying much on public transportation. Plus, there was a bar right underneath with an incredibly friendly bartender who introduced me to some amazing Portuguese drinks. Overall, a great stay!

The only small downside was that the WiFi didn’t work in my room, but it worked well in other areas, so it wasn’t a big issue!

"Glorified hostel"

Pastries provided in room was a nice gesture. Bed was comfortable.

Toilet and shower were part of the main room. Shower didn't work. Noisy lounge area just outside bedroom door. Shared kitchen area with no coffee tea or milk. Vastly inflated price for a glorified hostel.
