Very helpful staff

The mattress was not super comfy, but not terrible

Not much of an atmosphere, nobody signs up for family dinner

Great rooftop space, free filtered water available, good breakfast selection and really yummy scrambled eggs. Laundry service, family dinner is a good price. I stayed in the 6 bed female dorm with a balcony and I loved it I was there about 1 week.

My female dorm had a bathroom attached which was nice but the water got hotter in the shared Dorm showers so that’s where I took most of mine.

I loved my stay here! The staff is super kind and helpful and I really liked the fact that there's a common area with sofas where to chill, both at reception and on the rooftop, which makes it easier to relax and meet people. The view from the bathroom was amazing, it was a pleasure to brush my teeth in the morning :)) I really liked the breakfast and they advertised a tour of the surroundings that I really enjoyed.

The only downside was the bed, mine wasn't flat but had kind of a hole in the middle. But I know by talking to other people that it wasn't the case for them.
