I asked for a bottom bed and they gave me an upper bed, the woman told me the bottom bed was booked but on that night there were two bottom bed available, nobody was taking them. unbelievable！

They organised a cute family dinner to meet other travellers. The food is amazing! Also the stuff is nice. You can also book transfer to next place for a good price

There is no air con and no hot water, it was super noisy as other people where loud on the floors at night, the curtains don’t help at all as all the light still gets in. The bathroom was really old and needed a maintenance

The family that runs the place is super nice and kind. The family dinner was great.

The location is good, they have a nice terrace.

Feels like a scam. I booked a female dorm, they show pictures of beds with wooden walls and dark curtains. This room is not available or maybe even non existent. They gave me strange excuses. I had to stay in a room of lower quality, noisy steel beds and very bad partially see through curtains that don't prevent light. No bed lamps. Dirty, humid and tiny bathroom. They did not inform me in advance that the room I booked is not available. It seems they advertise different pictures to make people come here. Very arrogant behavior too. If you prefer honest people, don't come here.

Perfect hostel for this price. It organizes family diners every night, staff is extremely friendly and helps with booking stuff, it’s clean, and the beds are comfy

The staff were all so friendly and helpful, loved the family dinner and was a great location.

Squeaky bunk bed would be the only thing I can think to improve :)
