Everything was quite good

They didn’t hire for us a bike They said we need a police confirmation even though we have license It is something I have never been asked before and it really bothers me me to find different place to ten from

It is nearby to Dalat Night Market which is just a walking distance. Outside of the guest house itself is very lively at night with many small stalls open at night. Although the street is very lively but it did not disturb our sleep at night. It provides motor rental (if available) Room was cleaned every day with new towel and toiletries. You can get your clothes to clean and dry by paying certain amount of money. The owner, workers were all very friendly and helpful although some struggling to communicate in english.

Staff mostly spoke English and were polite. The rooms were clean and clean towels provided daily.

The rooms were very noisy. Our first night a very noisy party could be heard until at least 4am, then I was woken by other residents at 7am. The central location makes it very noisy The decor doesn't help with noise residents make.

We arrived at 6 am and their staff allowed us to check in early and our room was upgraded from double bed to room of 4 which is 2 double bed

Woman staff can't speak english at all

Despite the language barrier, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is ideal, close to numerous restaurants and a mere 5-minute walk from the night market. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a large quadruple room despite traveling solo. Daily room cleaning and complimentary mineral water were the cherries on top of a fantastic stay.

The staff were reallyyyyyyy nice. The room was exceptionally good for such a low price, so close to the center, walking distance to the Market. Room cleaned every day, hot water available. We are all satisfied with everything.
