The bed was a little uncomfortable but manageable

Friendly staff and spoke great English. Very clean and tidy. It's easy to rent modern motorcycles from the hotel at reasonable prices. They also allowed me to check-in early as I arrived via sleeper bus. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Da Lat.

Very central location and helpful staff. Well-sized room with plenty of storage space and a comfortable bed.

The room was a little unclean, specifically that it didn't look as if the floor had been cleaned properly in the bathroom and main room.

Nice location, easy to access to attractions. room is spacious, staff very helpful. We arrived early in the morning, stored our luggage here and the staff let we used the toilet. We rent a bike with them. They even provide toiletries for you.

1. Super cheap room (probably to accommodate the humble and quiet Vietnamese tourists from everywhere) 2. Good bathroom with good running water and basic amenities + friendly staff 3. Motorcycles for rent 4. Glorious cold weather all year round & clean weather’, clean air 5. Quite good hotel location (used a motorcycle)

1. Location of room (at first it was in the basement & no window, then we were moved up to a much better room on the 2nd floor but having to move the heavy and bulky suitcases was safe) 2. Daytime staff couldn’t speak English at all!! BUT the evening/nighttime staff (Mr. Wei) could. 3. No breakfast (but we could easily get something from a variety of places nearby)
