Good infrastructure, beautiful garden.

Steps on the steep side.

The location is in a peaceful, upmarket residential area and the garden is absolutely beautiful. The decor was tasteful and perfectly suits the space.

We were not affected, but I expect someone with mobility issues might find the stair case access difficult and anyone with a heavy suitcase would require assistance. And if you prefer a shower, only having a bath may not suit you.
