No fault of the property but had a brown out for around 5 hours and no water

OK for the price

The lady who met us was lovely and friendly. She made sure we had clean sheets and the room was all ready. We were able to park our car securely. Nice position to see the sea from our balcony or a 2 minutes walk. Sari sari stores nearby. Good internet and tv. Air-conditioning was good. Bathroom good but water accumulated but was not a big deal.

The recommend restaurant is not very good. Food choice is limited so advice eating before arrival. Breakfast was 4 eggs and bread rolls which for the room price was good.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Ich hatte das große Familienzimmer und hätte dort mit meiner ganzen Verwandtschaft einziehen können. In Gehweite gibt es ein tolles Fischrestaurant, nicht ganz günstig aber riesige Portionen und sehr lecker. Das Viertel ist etwas runtergekommen. Zur Innenstadt fährt man etwas, aber die Tricycle Fahrer vorne an der Ecke waren sehr hilfsbereit und auch mit den Preisen sehr korrekt. Das Frühstück war spartanisch und der Strand ist eher nicht zu baden. Der Talao-Talao Port nach Marinduque ist nur ca. 2 km entfernt.

The staff is very kind and helpful. I arrived late because my bus was delayed, but it was no problem, even though I had not been able to contact them.

When I knew I would arrive late, I tried to contact the owner through Booking.com, by SMS and by calling several times. I was entirely unable to reach him. I then got a reply 2 days later! So communication with the property is difficult.

Nothing

No staff to check in. Waited from 5pm for over 30 minutes to be let in. No water. Horrible polluted beach no food stalls, shops, cafes or restaurants within walking distance. Unless you eat raw meat of chips and sweets. Very noisy with roosters, loud music from neighbours. Ankle deep puddles everywhere. Long trip to the bus terminal. Only spent 11 hours there and left at 5am to the bus terminal I’m asking for a refund for the second day. Worse than 600 peso huts.

Wir hatten eine Nacht in dieser Unterkunft und würden das Zimmer jederzeit wieder buchen. Man kann dort auch draußen sitzen. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat uns sogar eine Bootstour mit schnorcheln organisiert. Korallenriffe darf man in der Gegend allerdings nicht erwarten, es gibt nur wenige davon und ein paar Fische. Aber die Fahrt und schwimmen und die Insel wo wir hingefahren wurden war wunderschön. Es ist ein lokales Beachhaus, in der Nachbarschaft leben Fischer und viele Menschen in einfachen Häusern. Der Strand eignet sich nur bedingt zum Baden. Es gibt für die Gäste eine extra Küche und man kann auch kochen. Für Anreise mit Auto gibt es einen Hof zum Parken.
