Good price, good location

Noisy owners and guests who screamed and talked so loud across the building at 5:30am. Nobody cared to give a hand with my luggage when I needed to carrry a few heavy bags to the third floor.

Rooms were clean and had necessay items for your stay

My family stayed there one night and we booked two rooms for 6 adults and 2 babies. Our rooms located in third floor. The guesthouse does not have evelator , so you should check it before booking. Also, one of our rooms has a door‘s problem. It makes really noise while opening

Don't get home too late..or let them know beforehand as there is a locked gate.

it was real close to the bus station. There were plenty of food stalls close by. it was only a 5 minute walk to the main roundabout situated at the very front of the night market.

we had a very very large group of local guests staying in rooms around us, not a problem usually, but because we were put in between people from same group we constantly had people trying to get into our room and banging at our window as they mistakenly thought we were with them. we were also awoken at 5am every morning by this large group and their children being loud while going about their day, I know the noise is not the fault of the hotel however the room layout didn’t help the situation as all the rooms opened out onto an open balconies which faced each other in a U shape so everyone just shouted across to each other, and these noises were amplified by the enclosed layout. I doubt there is usually such a large group staying here however so the noise is probably not usually an issue

The location is center of the city: a few minutes walk to night market, lake, lam vien square strawberry store, etc. Free parking. They lend us the kettle when we asked and allowed us to check in earlier.very affordable accommodation.

Hard mattress and difficult to control heater. Dirty tissue.
