great location and helpful staff

the balcony is more of a corridor leading along all rooms and there are no chairs or similar to sit out there or anywhere else except the reception area

This is a first time I’m giving such low rating. The staff’s behavior was highly inappropriate. There was a misunderstanding about the transport they arranged for me (all due to very poor English of the staff), so I ended up in the wrong car, then brought back to the hotel to switch and the lady (I suppose one of the owners) approached me screaming at me at the top of her lungs, being super aggressive. This is absolutely unacceptable. She had zero respect for the guests. She also barged into my room in the morning the day before to clean but she didn’t even check whether I am in the room. The room itself wasn’t bad for the price, but super noisy as the owners and their whole family were very loud until late night and then again early in the morning.

Lang the receptionist is very helpful. He helped me to book a bus ticket from Dalat to Nha Trang.

The people were very friendly and the location is perfect. Matras is quite hard and the shower small but for us no problem

the room was old and the blanket wasn’t clean and caused me an allergy. the bathroom door locked by itself when I closed it after going out of the bathroom and I didn’t have a bathroom all night
