Very close to city center. Nice balcony with view to river an option to dry your clothes. WiFi is working. Everyone was friendly.

- comfortable bed & sheets that feel nice on the skin - lovely balcony with great views - location is right in the center of town, with a great restaurant just above it -- where you enjoy discounted prices as a guest - wifi works well when you are within range - complimentary use of the washing machine - lovely river sounds accompanying you the entire time (which I love, but maybe this is not for everyone)

- On the day I checked in, I was given a room that did not match the description and photos I saw on booking.com -- it had no balcony -- but because I complained, they moved me the next day to another room with a balcony, which is what I expected when booking this place. It seems strange that the room with the balcony is priced the same as the one without -- in my opinion they should be categorized and priced differently. - The bathroom in that first room has a toilet seat that was very uncomfortable to sit on as part of it was broken, so it is sharp and cuts into your leg. Thankfully this problem was not present in the 2nd room. - Wifi doesn't always reach everywhere -- my 2nd room is probably the furthest from the router and it was often hard to catch the signal unless you're on the balcony. - Hosts are very kind but speaks limited English, so we had to always use a translator

short distance to any restaurants, cafes, hair dryer in the bathroom Guesthouse Mari30 met our expectations as we planned hiking in the trails of Svanetia. The big terrace and dining room (kitchen) with the close view on the river was very relaxing. The sound of the river made us sleep well! The room was simple with the bathroom, we did not need anything else.

sounds from the upstairs restaurant (rare) in late evening could be disturbing for families with kids

Great location just next to the river! Super restaurant with local food and discounts for the guest of the house just one floor above the room :)

The owners are very welcoming and helpful, they even helped me with my laundry. They have beautiful balconies overlooking the river and a discount at the upper restaurant.

It’s on the main street, 10 min walk to the main square, but next to the river, so you always hear the sound of it and see it through the window There’s a big, hot radiator You can use the washing machine

Wi-fi doesn’t exist Because of the huge window it’s a bit chilly in the room The electricity disappears regularly The sockets next to the bed are placed very very inconveniently Chairs are uncomfortable, useless
