The room, space and shared kitchen were amazingly good for the price

The hosts were kind. The kitchen was adequate. I had a spacious room with a verandah next to it.

It was a bit of an uphill climb to town - about 15 mins -20 mins away. I wasn't too keen walking at night in Winter but not raining or snowing so Ok. Toilet in shower not good because water water from shower does not drain properly.

A really big room with lot of closets and a big window allowing the natural light to come inside. The room is accessible from a huge balcony. It is really a quiet and independent space. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything was really perfect. Thanks !

Very friendly host and a nice location ! Great value

Unfortunately our bed was very uncomfortable- completely sleeping on springs the entire night. We are backpackers and used to uncomfortable beds but this was a bit much for us :( I still would stay here again but in a different room, just check the mattress when you check in and ask for a different bed if you end up with the one we had 😂

For our job in Telavi we stayed two weeks in the Guesthouse. I booked this accommodation, because I stayed in the Guesthouse half a year earlier for a reasonable price. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe and in very good hands. There is a solidly equipped kitchen, a small but modern bathroom, a cozy living room with typical Georgian flair and a washing machine with detergent. The friendliness of the hosts helped a lot to make us look forward to "home" after a day at work. The host is very attentive, extremely helpful and is always trying to make his guests have a good stay. He brings fresh towels every day and bed linen regularly. To make us happy, he brought us fresh fruit from his own garden or hazelnuts in between. The facility will definitely satisfy people with pragmatic needs. For luxury vacationers, this accommodation is not suitable, but one should not expect for the low price. Most of the guests did not stay long. With some we got along very well and spent the evening together on the veranda or had breakfast together. The cultural exchange with the different guests from everywhere remains in a good memory. When we come back, we will book the Guesthouse again!

To relieve the host of work, we recommend the weekly assistance of a cleaner. However, the accommodation definitely meets the general hygiene requirements. For the bathroom, a floor mop for the shower would be helpful to be able to wipe the barrier-free shower dry yourself for the next person. A pan turner is missing.

The manager of the property was so kind and nice. The room was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of space. There was a balcony to sit and watch enjoy coffee and tea with a nice kitchen. The location is a short walk from the center.
