The privacy of my bedroom and how close it was to Dragon Con and how affordable my stay was. As a constant Dragon Con attnede it was much better stay there then a hotel that was gonna cost me over $1k

The property is in a prime location; it's very close to the State Farm Arena. The owners are very nice and they recommended some great places to visit.

Spacious room, clean, easy to get around via Uber There is a shop located 2 mins walk from the house, come out and turn right. There are folk sitting there on the road on the way to shop chilling, harmless. Kitchen well equipped, we had the opportunity to wash and dry out clothes so was a great benefit

The walls are very thin, can hear people in neighbouring room coughing.

Our group of four was well accommodated in two second story rooms of this nicely furnished house. We had good sized rooms and community spaces. We could drive our car right to the front steps and be off the road. The master bedroom had a second story balcony offering another hangout spot. The location to restaurants/events was ideal. It had an upscale hostile vibe after meeting the couple from Brazil staying in the 3rd room. Each room had a key pad entry lock which worked great!

Upon arrival, we found crumbs on the table and place mats. Not a big deal, but the success of the place can hinge on everyone cleaning up after themselves and keeping noise levels down, aside from the table the community aspect worked out for our visit. The second bed cover was dirty in one of the rooms. An electric drill was used for about 10-15 minutes in the room below while we were catching up on missed sleep from an all night drive. None of this would be a deal breaker for booking this property again.

I absolutely loved it here!! It was a lot more reasonable than the hotels, very clean, the other guest were respectful, and the neighborhood was so lovely! The restaurant Poach.Social down the street is sooooooo worth trying! I’ll gladly book this Airbnb again:))!!!
