Atlanta Unit 1 Room 2 - Quiet Private Bedroom Private Bathroom

I liked that the bedding was comfortable and the shower was very relaxing.

I made my stay here thinking that the upstairs and downstairs were separately accessible from the outside somehow. I feel like it should be made much more clear that you are staying in a three bedroom house,, and each room is the Airbnb. So,, you are sharing a house with two other people minimum. Room one has a bathroom that is separate from its bedroom and when I would eat in the kitchen,, there was someone showering and getting ready for the day. I could tell it was awkward for them,, and they ended up letting me know that they were leaving before their stay was over to go to a more comfortable hotel. The only reason we chose this Airbnb is because it was cheap and because of the high reviews. Fortunately,, I had only booked one night. I think parking instructions should be included with the rules of the Airbnb as well. It’s confusing and other guests can easily block you in. Another disturbing factor is that I do not believe used towels were removed from my room. There was a towel that appeared clean hanging from the rack in the bathroom and I assumed that was for new guests. After I showered and began to dry myself off with the towel,, I noticed there was a noticeable brown stain on the towel. Who knows if it was ever cleaned before my stay. I also have to add the fact that I think it is bizarre how many reviews were talking about how safe the neighborhood was. My first day I drove not even a block away and I had a group of men walk up to my moving car and start screaming at me for who knows what reason. I would never walk these streets.

The property is nice close to downtown about 10-15 drive .Security is very good easy check-in

The rules , restrictions and regulations were a little over the top let people have a little bit of fun. I was concerned about making the slightest noise of fear by their emails and texts about been thrown out not very nice. Being constantly reminded with text and emails about the rules was annoying. The bed mattress was too hard and not to comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The place was very clean and nice and I REALLY appreciated the locks on the doors for extra security. I was hesitant about leaving my stuff alone since you stay with strangers, but this was an added bonus as well as the private bathroom. It was also 6-8 minutes away from the acting studio where I was training and everything was wonderful! Will definitely book here again!

The walls are a little thin so you can hear practically everything if your neighbors are particularly loud. I only had one or two times where I wished it was a little quieter but it was only a minor convenience in my case. I also wish there was more space in the driveway for more cars because only one car can park there at a time.

Rented out single room. Clean facilities, quiet neighborhood.

Wifi spotty at times. Very thin walls, so can easily hear the other people staying at this property.

Easy self check-in, room was good for the cost. Bathroom was excellent, TV was included w/ Netflix etc., iron stand and blow dryer available, and shower was nice. Its not the four seasons, but at $100/night it's excellent value. Clean as well.

It was a *bit* too hot in the room, but there was fortunately a fan within the apt.
