The cleaning ladies banging on the door constantly at 8:45 reminded me of someone playing the drums

Clean and fashionable room, beautiful view from balcony. Location is good, near the train station. There is kitchen where you can put your food into the fridge. Very kind owner, who waited for us till night to check in. We enjoyed our staying in this residence!

Checkin process was not so fast. Owner came a little bit late (20 min).

Location - close to the train station, bus station right at the apartment, and there is a Michelin guide restaurant in walking distance (Da Ruggero). Clean.

No instructions were given to us beforehand, so upon arriving, we had to call the owner, and wait 15 minutes in the rain before he got there. It's one apartment, with multiple bedrooms and one shared kitchen. Paper doors with gaps underneath - could hear everything. Bed was really uncomfortable, you could feel springs digging into your ribs. Shower was weird, it was fully enclosed, and you had to run a tiny fan on top to keep it from turning into a tiny steam room. The shower head could also use replacing, or at least the pressure being adjusted, there was no good stream. Internet was barely working in our room, just Googling took minutes. Kitchen - unusable!!! Wanted to make tea, but there were NO mugs (only glasses and a metal cup for foaming milk, even tho there was nowhere to foam it), the kettle did not work, and neither did the coffee machine! Messaged the owner, and his solution was to use the microwave......

Horrible customer service. We booked an ensuite room for 2 nights in May 2023. We were meant to check in at 10pm the first night however due to a 14 hour flight delay, we couldn’t make it to stay here for the first night. The person in charge Dario Pasello was kept in the loop every step of our journey as we experienced delay announcements. The next morning our flight departed as we hoped and we arrived the accommodation at 11am. Shocking! The cleaner (who didn’t speak English) showed us to our room and it was clearly occupied and not readily available. We were told someone else was here they’ve just checked out. We contacted Dario to understand the situation, the limited English capability meant we couldn’t converse properly. The one line he kept iterating over and over is “20 minutes is all the cleaner needs to get the room ready”. we tried asking him how anyone could’ve taken the room we clearly booked and paid for, to no avail as he either ignored us or several times handed the call to another lady to which the call was then ended abruptly. It becomes clear to us that at 10pm the night we should’ve checked in, with us notifying him about our flight situation, he has managed to rent the room out for a night at the last minute on a double booking basis. We confronted him about this and as you would’ve guessed, he denied any wrongdoing, insisted our room was ready (it was not, we have video proof!) and refused to refund the first night’s cost. Instead, he directed us to get any refunds from the airline. What was utterly unacceptable was how he double booked the same room upon knowing our situation, evidently took advantage of anyone in a vulnerable situation and proceeded to feign ignorance. Zero business ethics. To add, we ended up waiting for a good hour for our room to be ready. After a lengthy process dealing with flight delays and all that comes after, all we wanted was a place to rest but that was made impossible by the way this place does business.

The staff was friendly und the room was clean

We couldn't find the address because at the bell there was no sign or writing. We waited in the rain. If they would make a sign on the bell or a hint it would be fine!
