clean room and apartment, very quiet, good value for money. very nice shower!

the double bed is two single beds put together and it resulted in a lot of discomfort while sleeping. the location is not ideal

Kitchen had all necessary equipment and everything needed for cooking (oil, salt, etc.) It was warm Good bed Washing machine, dishwasher Elevator Shover gel and shampoo, towels etc.

Wifi was poorly working in the room, but was good in the shared kitchen While getting the keys, we were told that checkout time was 11:00, but at 10:30 cleaning lady came so we had to leave earlier than planned, which caused us a bit discomfort

Check-in process and description could be better, no host name given, host had to be called and waited for (15 min), the luggage storage was just an open spot next to a restroom in a restaurant (didn't feel very secure), wifi is slow

The room was big and modern, it was clean, close to The train station and The host was so friendly

The triple room (2 single beds pushed together to make a double bed, and a single bed) was spacious. The shower had multiple water jets with a radio, so there is music when you shower. That was the only thing good about this apartment!

The location is quite far and inconvenient if you are walking with luggage with children. The apartment sign outside the gate did nit clearly state 'Business Centro'. Instead, it was a name which was not conveyed to us prior to our arrival. The cleaning lady was also the receptionist and spoke absolutely NO ENGLISH. When I rang the number stated on the booking form, a male answered it and told me to wait for him at the nearby bar, but asked me to figure it out myself after I messaged him multiple times later.
