I thought the property was lovely, everything you need for a great stay.

The only thing which is a minor thing is that the shower button was a bit finicky. Took a while for the shower to switch off.

Location was perfect as only a 5 minute walk to Whitby centre

Location was great and parking was sorted

Bathroom had a funny smell and the shower was borderline useless. Lack of power and temperature very difficult to the point I gave up and didn’t get in the shower the first day

Couldn’t find a welcome pack or details regarding fire escape proced or switches relating hot water.

I overlooked the fact that our room had no cooking facility other than a microwave and toaster but there are plenty of places to eat in Whitby

It was very near to the town and it was warm ,comfortable and clean

There could have been more kitchen utensils including baking trays for the oven as it was christmas and struggled to cook

All facilities for a self-catering break was available. Interaction with the hosts was simple and exceptionally friendly

The location,the communication with the owner and the little extras. Plenty of room for 4 adults

Instructions on the heating would have been helpful

Tastefully decorated. Plenty of space, two shower and toilet rooms.

Great location. Received very clear information, and easy instuctions about getting in and parking nearby. Great for a couple for a few days.

If staying for a week, not sure the kitchen would be enough. We only used the kettle and toaster, so great for us. There was also a micrwave.
