Brilliant location for our family. The apartment was clean and stocked everything that we needed.

As we were in the top apartment, the room for our daughter was another two flights above the rest of the living space which made her uncomfortable as she would have been alone, but we brought the covers down and she said slept perfectly well on the couch.

Location for us was ideal, near to both cafe's, restaurants & pubs. One Bed Flat was big enough & spacious. Bedding & towels were crisp white & soft. Parking tickets left in flat for us to use over our visit. Nice touch with a bottle of pink prosecco & half pint of milk.

Unfortunately, on arrival there was a damp, drain smell throughout the flat, it improved over the 3 nights, when we left the doors open & had the heater on low. Also there wasn't any tea/coffee to go with the milk provided, fortunately we had brought our own, so we didn't need to shop when we got there. That said we would book again with Elizabeth House, as it didn't spoil our trip.

The property is located within easy walking distance of the town centre. The flat is comfortable and tidy. Clean towels are provided, and the bedding is fresh and neatly made upon arrival. Access to the property is via a key safe located by the front door; the code will be sent to you by the host via email before your arrival.

Apartment 4 Rockpool I was extremely disappointed with the attitude of the host, Hayley. Upon departure at 10:23 a.m., while I was in the process of packing my suitcase, there was a knock on the door from the host and another lady. Upon opening the door, I was immediately met with, “How long are you going to be? Will you bloody hurry up! I’ve got other flats to clean — you were meant to be out at 10! I’ve been waiting ages.” The tone of voice and the way it was said were completely unnecessary; there was no need to speak to me like that. When I left the property, a man was standing at the door and requested the keys immediately. After the way I had been spoken to, I could not wait to leave — I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I found this behaviour shockingly rude and unprofessional, especially considering I had paid slightly under £100 per night for my stay. There was no courtesy, understanding, or basic politeness in the host’s tone or manner. I have stayed in many properties across the country and have never been spoken to in such a disrespectful way, even when checking out late. Despite this, I left the property in a very clean condition. I even took all of my rubbish with me and did not use any of the general waste bins provided. However, I did notice several cleanliness issues upon arrival: The plastic draining board and sink area in the kitchenette were dirty. The walk-in shower had slimy pink and black mould on the tiles and grout. There were visible yellow stains on the carpet, possibly from curry. The building and the flat did not appear to provide any recycling facilities — only a general waste bin. Overall, both the condition of the flat and the behaviour of the host fell well below expectations.

Very clean spacious appartment two good sized bedroom's and kitchen with everything you need. Nice clean towels provided.central to all the shops and bars not far to the harbour and beach. A really nice stay ,we will be back.

Great location, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The living room was lovely and a great base for my wife, 2 children, and me. WiFi was excellent too.

Only thing I didn't understand there was no plugs for the kitchen and bathroom sinks ?

Location was good very clean and comfy. Bed was super comfy. Host very helpful and informative. Would definatly stay again.
