Didnt meet any staff but the room was clean and comfortable so they must be good at their job. All information given was easy to follow thanks to great communication. Location was ideal especially as we had somewhere to park that was safe. Had everything we needed

"It was ok very tired came bk home Tues couldnā€™t stay again"

Never met or saw anyone at house we went in looked about found room was minimum. One teaspoon left over hand wash for 2 days same towels nor tired up or new bedding. Bedding was clean under mattress was very bad stained and smells sweaty I had to wrap duvet as my partner had no blanket or other cover so he was cold helping me. Very hard bed and mattress didnā€™t fit the bed base. Iā€™m afraid would not go again nor tell anyone to go stay.

Nice room , but very cold ,i can understand , being on the top floor , but a hallogen heater with only 2 bars didn't cut it
