"Appartamento interessante e strategico"

L'appartamento è ben tenuto, con tutto quello che è necessario avere per un soggiorno ed molto facile da raggiungere, inoltre, la proprietaria è estremamente disponibile e preparata. Ci sono parcheggi liberi li intorno. L'appartamento è in una ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro di Bologna ed è perfetta per chi deve supportare un familiare che deve fare una operazione presso Ospedale Privato Accreditato Villa Laura che si trova proprio dalla parte opposta del viale. Ci sono alcuni locali interessanti per mangiare e anche la sera non c'è troppa confusione. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Solo tre appunti. Il materasso del letto l'ho trovato un pò troppo morbido, ma questo è un gusto personale La tv in camera è piccolina il condizionatore funziona bene ma l'ho trovato un pò rumoroso per tenerlo acceso tutta la notte. Nient'altro da segnalare...

Il posto è in una posizione eccellente, 20 minuti dal centro e 15 dall'aeroporto, in una zona residenziale e tranquilla, ma provvista di tutti i servizi. Stefania è un'ottima padrona di casa, gentile e disponibile, e credo non aver mai trovato un posto più pulito e ordinato. Sono molto contenta di aver trovato questo posto!

L'unica cosa è il parcheggio, non è stato semplice da trovare.

Clean, cosy, nice for a short stay. The bus stop is very near, with a direct bus to the city centre, which is very convenient. The owner provides free coffee and small snacks for the breakfast, but otherwise, you can freely use the well equipped kitchen if you need to prepare something.
