Franco was great and made us feel very welcome. Room was clean and spacious. Not too far from the centre.

The design of the rooms, which stared a hallway and kitchen area meant that it was noisy early in the morning when others moved about. Stone floors meant that we could hear people walking above us and moving chairs all evening.

Good location on the edge of the city easy access walking into the city. Lovely modern facilities with a wonderful shower, access to a kitchen for tea/coffee/ breakfast. Easy parking

"A lovely well maintained property within a 20 min walk into the centre of Bologna."

The room was very spacious, very clean and beautifully maintained. The bathroom was also spacious and well maintained. There was a lovely breakfast room to use at as anytime. We had a car and it was easy to get a parking spot every day. The host was very helpful and accomodating.
