The hosts were very welcoming and informative on the area. There was a bonus breakfast provided and access to the shared kitchen. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated and beautifully maintained. As it was still 29 degrees at midnight the air conditioning was also very welcome and we had a good night sleep. As we arrived on a sunday there was plenty of parking available and we were able to leave the car all day monday and paid a daily rate. It is about a 20 minute walk into the centre of Bologna but easy to do. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Bologna.

Tudo perfeito, o Sr Franco foi super gentil e acolhedor conosco e o espaço é muito aconchegante, bem organizado e tudo limpinho, fica bem perto da estação de trem e estacão de ônibus, outra que é muito bem localizado e fácil de ir até o centro.

The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Franco, our host was excellent, caring and gave us lots of advice and knowledge of Bologna.

The location. Although only a 20 minute walk to the centre, the location wasn’t as eye pleasing as I would have liked

Fairly newish apartment, very clean and tidy with comfortable bed. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming, he even arranged a taxi for us as we had a very early connection.

Very clean and modern big room. The staff were very friendly.

During the day you could hear the apartment above but during the night it wasn’t a problem and it’s a 20 min walk to the center.

Breakfast was also included in the price that was not mentioned in booking. Super friendly owner!

not super good sound isolation so when people walked the hallway in the morning it was waking us up
