Lovely clean and comfortable propy

It’s a gorgeous modern little spot with, everything you could need, the best is super comfortable and the TV is massive! There is a lovely sun trap in the back garden right by the river aswell! Ruben was very welcoming and friendly and helped us with anything we neeeded

Very handy location but on a quiet street, could hear Morepork/Ruru calling at night. Lots of little details that made it a special place to stay and a super friendly and accommodating host.

Honestly, cant think of anything that would improve the stay. The host is in the process of adding a lounge area to the room which made a great difference to the available space. There will also be a kitchen which will be good.

Had problems with the Wi-Fi had no idea how to work tv channel we tried to connect it with our devices but it wouldn’t work so the Wi-Fi lagging, also the hot water was a problem. We don’t have hot water in the morning couple of times, maybe need a microwave reheat food as we always away every evenings, We didn’t see the host very often, but he did send us information where the best places to parking near event, quite noisy as we can hear the kids running in and out as we’ve had a late nights, to get back from the competitions
