Excellent location, quiet, clean, comfortable. Had everything I needed. Host was very helpful and friendly. Room was thoughtfully put together. Would highly recommend.

A cozy and compact studio that is spotless and only a 10 min walk into Nelson via the Willow Way pedestrian way. Hosts Sarah and Reuben couldn't be nicer, and the flat was in a great location for this adorable town.

Very peaceful location. The room was tastefully furnished and had everything we needed.

It would have been good to have the option of breakfast... something light, as there wasn't any supermarkets or cages close by.

Great little apartment in only short walking distance to Nelson city. The apartment was small, cozy and extremely clean. The owners Ruben & Sarah were really nice and super helpful! Gave us great recommendations for the area around. They even offered us to swim in their pool and we had small treats on our bed for welcome. Would definitely recommend this accommodation!

Compact studio in family garden. Spotless and thoughtfully furnished. Walking distance of all Nelson’s attractions. Access to family swimming pool and garden. Welcoming host.

If you want to prepare food be aware there is only a fridge, kettle and toaster only, plus crockery & cutlery.

Offered tea on arrival and help with booking an excursion. Then the situation went wrong.

I assumed breakfast was included as the property was under the B&B section. In the 'cupboard there was a toaster, kettle, a to me unknown little coffee machine and crockery for 2 persons. However no space not even to swing a mouse. How foolish of me to think breakfast was included. I DEFINITELY wouldn't provide breakfast was the answer. After this unhappy exchange I didn't see the owners again during my stay.

Super friendly and helpful hosts. Rom had all the bells and whistles. The bed was really comfy, which meant I woke up fully rested for an early start?
