great and modern location, we loved the big tv, room was cozy and comfortable

The only negative is the cleanness which could be better, however the bed and towels were clean. The guy at the receptionist was a little unfriendly

Asked for room cleaning, was told by the receptionist that they would make the request, and management will need to approved - never happened.

"Exceeded my expectations"

I have stayed here several years ago and I was very happy. However, this time they exceeded my expectations. They upgraded everything: the beds, bathrooms, TV,... Everything was really amazing and I am surprised that It is considered only a 3 start hostel.

There was a little issue with hot water. I called the staff and it was solved withing 10 minutes. These things can happen anywhere. I expected to take more time to be solved. I was impressed that it only took 10 minutes.
