You can do late check-in if you tell them in advance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their restaurant and a la carte menu. Breakfast is good value for the money.

Over 3 nights no towels/cleaning have been changed/done. The mattress on the bed is rock hard. Struggled to rest at all. No ventilation in the bathroom. Thin walls, you can hear literally everything they talk on the corridor at least.
