The fact that person manning their telephone help line was extremely rude and unhelpful when I could not get the code to work. In fact very sarcastic and in the end refused me entry when all I wanted was some help. Horrific experience.

Very comfortable, good facilities and great location. Really enjoyed my stay here. Would definitely stay again.

The only down side was I could hear the people staying upstairs which disturbed my sleep.

Location was on a busy road but very convenient for town centre and other facilities.

No parking on site but arrangement with pub opposite meant there were no problems

The room was excellently equipped with everything we could need. The bed was lovely and comfy as well, the bedding and towels were great quality and a plentiful supply of tea and coffee!

Accommodation is perfect in every way Spotlessly clean, comfortable, beautiful decor, everything needed available including refreshments, refrigerator, iron, WiFi, parking etc and great location. Owners available whoi recommended great places to visit and eat.

Nothing to not love!

No issues

it was advertised as having milk and ice in fridge. I could find neither. Perhaps one has to make the ice but there were no instructions. I politely asked housekeeping about the milk and it ws provided fairly soon afterwards.
