"Alnwick's perfect b&b"

Outstanding accommodation, beautifully decorated spacious house with super gardens. Large bedrooms, excellent bathrooms and very comfortable beds. With a guests lounge and luxurious garden room there is plenty of space to relax in the evening if required. Breakfasts are of the best quality ingredients cooked to perfection. The true strengths of West Acres and it's real heart are Bruce and Jeanette, the perfect friendly hosts who ensure you're stay is relaxing, comfortable and delightful.

Breakfast was excellent. Great choice and good quality ingredients. Lovely white table clothes too. The location was brilliant. 10 minute walk into Alnwick town centre and the castle . Beautifully maintained gardens at the guest house . Jeanette had a fabulous knowledge of wonderful places to visit too. Jeanette and Bruce were fantastic hosts and made us feel so welcome . The rooms were immaculately clean and spacious. Beautifully decorated and lots of extra little touches to make our stay even more

"Fabulous"

Jeanette and Bruce made us feel at home. Very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. Would highly recommend West Acre House. Fabulous b and b. Worth every penny

The hosts were very welcoming, providing tea and home made cake on arrival. Furnishings and decor to the highest standard. Large beautifully decorated bedroom with everything you could possibly want- including a decanter of sherry. Walk in shower in bathroom and lovely soft, white towels. Lovely white tablecloths with names of guests on each table in the well appointed dining room - excellent breakfasts all cooked to order. Everything spotlessly clean. Very well kept gardens which guests could sit in. Jeanette and Bruce were such nice hosts and we will certainly return to this excellent B&B.
