West Acre House

The welcome cup of tea and cake in the sitting room. Helpfull and friendly local information and booked a table for our evening meal. The roominess and quality of the bedroom and furniture. The comfortable chairs and foot stools, the snacks, and complimentary drinks. The name card on the breakfast table was a nice touch, and the choice and quality of the breakfast was excellent. The garden was well kept and spacious. Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side to enable us to explore it.

We would have preferred the pillows to have been more firm.

We had a lovely welcome from Bruce and Janette made us feel at home from the moment we arrived with a cup of tea and cake, the bedroom was beautifully presented and very warm and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a lovely choice. The house has a beautiful garden and so well kept they work very hard to maintain this quality guest house.

There was nothing we did not like everything was great.

Comprehensive breakfast choices available all presented promptly and at high standard. West Acres in a wonderful garden setting about 15 minutes walk from the Town Centre. Knowledgeable guidance available regarding restaurants and quality gastro pubs etc. within the town.

Very difficult to respond to this question as all was exceptional.

The breakfast was excellent, just what we wanted and very tasty. Location is about half a mile from town centre, well within walking distance, passing the barter book station
