Jess and her family were the best host! She did everything to make our stay nice and was very flexible, I recommend!! Also you can rent a bike there which is super convenient.

The location is 12 min away from the center but its fine thanks to the bike u can rent

Jess is so friendly, she organized a amazing tour for us. homestay decorated is nice with many trees and flowers. She will help you many things that you need as bus, restaurant and tour. High recomendation for this homestay

A very nice family owned accommodation with good food and activity recommendations. If you are interested in learning more about local living you will be welcomed here. Some comments mentioned hard mattresses but for me it was comfortable. Just depends on the individual's preferences. Jess even arranged for transportation as well as motorbike rentals. I was very satisfied with my short stay there. Thank you for having me and I wish you the best. See you next time ;)

We had a fantastic stay at the Green Sunshine, the homestay of Jess. We did a boat tour with her, and this was such a nice experience!! We stopped at very cool places and learned a lot about the Vietnamese culture. Jess was really passionate about showing us the best things around and we tried a lot of different dishes that day, it felt a little bit like we had a mom for 1 day! She also helped us with booking the bus ticket and planning our trip. Jess is amazing so I really recommend staying at the Green Sunshine!

Fabulous Homestay in a great location that is great value for money! what more could you ask for! our host was very helpful, making suggestions, phone calls and bookings. Jess personally took us on a guided tour of the Cai Rang floating markets and stopped off on many side trips. It is so much better and more personal rather than booking through a big tour company. Jess suggested a fabulous restaurant within a 15 minute walk from her Homestay- we visited on a Friday night - food was spectacular, there was a great vibe with family and friends eating and drinking and having a good time. Jess also suggested a gorgeous Farm Cafe for breakfast where it was buffet style. ask her anything and she is more than obliging.
