after a complain the owner answered with a not-realistic statement on how a situation was created. Bookings did nothing to follow the feed back and my feeling is that the customer service is completely useless.

Vista su San Zeno Posizione comoda anche per raggiungere il centro a piedi Ambiente ben arredato, caldo e silenzioso

La ventola del bagno cieco non funzionava e mancavano più sacchetti per differenziare correttamente i rifiuti. Per il resto tutto ok
