Corncroft Guest House

Room was generally nice and clean.

The shower was not working properly, very bad water pressure and temperature stuck on very hot. One of the button operated windows didn't work, so I couldn't open/close one window/blind. The mattress was the biggest issue, I was in a double bed and one side was in awful condition, completed concave and obvious not replaced for a very long time, I did not sleep well.

Very welcoming host. Rooms were clean and reasonably well appointed. Excellent central Witney location at a fair price.

Part of being an old building but lots of creaks and movement can be heard from other rooms.

Location was perfect closed to the town and pubs , rooms clean a tidy. Would stay again no issues

Shower in the top rooms wasn't the greatest a little more pressure would help.

Comfy room, good price, great location opposite the Three Horseshoes pub, short drive from Caswell House where we were attending a wedding. The staff member who looked after us (we didn't catch his name) was lovely and cooked us a fabulous breakfast both mornings.

Bathroom was a little on the small side and the room was a bit colder than we are used to as the heating seemed to go off at night and it is an old building. But we are spoiled living in a modern apartment so it could just be that we are too soft! The shower was hot.

The location, that's it

It was cold, it was small, the bed was broken & uncomfortable, no on going service to the room e.g shower gel replacement, clean towels, tea and coffee replacements. No one to talk to about it. Listed as a B&B but no breakfast of food in any way.
