The operator of the property is helpful person, he was always in touch

It's just 10 minutes by walk from the train station. Is very simple to reach the place, the room is good 👍 it's really cheap and convenient for travellers for 1 - 2 days. Host is really helpful. Thanks to the advice of the host we managed to go to the volcano. It was very quick to exchange by WhatsApp. So overall very positive experience

clean, responsive hosts, easy check-in

The pipes were loud so they woke us up every time the water ran. Check-out is quite early (9:30!), but the hosts let us leave our bags for the day so that was nice

The property was fine. The basic facilities were available.

The floor was dirty. I expected that the staff would clean it every day as. Also the most important thing for me was the check in. Before I booked the room I asked if check in is possible at 1am and they answered that check in is available anytime. During our flight, when I asked again, they said that the room will be free in the morning at 9am but we could access the kitchen of the property. So we stayed 8 hours in the kitchen/balcony waiting for the room to be free and it was too tiring for us. If they would say from the beginning that check in was not possible at 1 am then I would not have booked it.

The host was fantastic. She offered so much advice for our time in Catania. in particular, our visit to Mount Etna.

The property was very dirty. There was dust, dirty towels. The place was half finished, with masking tape on the walls. The terrace was dirty and the kitchen too.

I like owner’s hospitality and readiness to help you with any questions. O would recommend this accommodation. Thank you so much
