We did not experience any bad service and everyone was very helpful with everything even though it was not possible to get another room. Location is great.

By far the worst experience I have had, when talking value for money. The room, number 6, was small, with thick curtains where it seems you are captured inside a bunker. At the same time there was smell of, in lack of a better word, sewage. Like a room that has been wet and then dried many times Luckily you could open the window to get some fresh air in but this resulted in a lot of noise from aircondition systems in the apartment building’s courtyard, on going scaffolding and a smell of fried food. Paying EUR more than 250 per night for this is an outrage. Wi-Fi did not work Aircon was bad.

The view was horrible no privacy very dark and small room with no ventilation and loud construction noise every morning

Very luxurious from the inside, clear instructions, very good hygiene and veryyyy good service!!! Thanks to the lovely girls

Very clean , great location and staff was amazing . We loved our time in Catania . Front desk helped with so much from scheduling ferries to great recommendations for restaurants.
