Magnífico hotel de diseño todo nuevo , La ubicación del alojamiento es estupenda en todo el centro de la ciudad! El personal de recepción encantadoras, nuestro avión sufrió retraso y llegamos tardísimo nos esperaban con una sonrisa y toda la información necesaria

El hotel está instalado en un edificio histórico y aunque el hotel está perfectamente conservado el edificio en el que se encuentra no lo está, el ascensor está ubicado en un patio interior mejorable

Tolles Design! Erwartet man nicht wenn man das Haus gefunden hat… und dann geht die Tür im 2. Stock auf und man betritt eine andere Welt

Den Aufzug kann man nicht bei der Ankunft nutzen den er liegt versteckt und man benötigt einen Code. Also: Koffer in die 2. Etage schleppen. Die Treppe …. Na ja: sehr lang und italienisch halt 😃 Aber das war auch alles. Wir haben nichts erlebt oder gesehen was wir nicht gut fanden.

Location & style

Back access a little dicey. Maybe clean up/lighting improved for arriving in the dark.

Location was lovely and just as described on the website. The views are incredible from the balcony. The room itself was very modern, a stark contrast to many of the hotels we stayed at on the island. Lastly, the staff was amazing. So helpful and kind, even if they're not always there.

Via Etnea is where the action is at, especially on a Saturday night. This means that while beautiful, it is very, very noisy. I had to sleep with ear plugs and could still hear the noise. Probably not as big of a problem if you have an inner facing room but of course, you don't get the view. The bathroom lights are on a timer which means you can't turn them on or off. There's also no door separating the room and the bathroom. This means that when your partner goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the light will turn on and it will not turn off for 15 minutes unless you take the key card out of the slot. But that means you can't turn the light back on later. It's not the best design for functionality. Also, no tissues in the room or coffee maker. Coffee readily available directly across the street though. You just can't sip it while standing on your balcony which is a shame.
