Very clean and comfortable room. It was very important for us that the bathroom was clean and it had hot water. Also it is close, like 10-15 minutes to Villa Bellini and other sightseeing things in the center of Catania. Easy contact and check in check out. It was such a nice choice to stay there during our visit to Catania. We had a great time!

The bathroom was cleaned every day, you have access to the coffee machine and dishes, you have a separate bathroom which is really nice, there is an elevator and balcony. The possibility to check in by yourself any time is also useful. They let us leave our luggage in the property on our last day, that was very nice as our flight was in the late evening. There are shower gels and hand soaps.

The towels were not changed at all during our 6 days stay, this could have been improved. The elevator in the building sometimes work, sometimes doesn’t. There was kind of a problem to catch the employee to pay the city tax, we called them and they were supposed to meet us in 10-15 minutes, we waited for 40 minutes and nobody showed up. They let us leave the money in our room later, but we wasted the time waiting for the employee. We had a weird situation on our last day, we were supposed to check out at around 11 AM. At 10:40 we heard somebody knocking on our door, it was a woman saying that we are late, she didn’t speak english at all, only italian, we tried to tell her that we are checking out at 11 but she kept repeating that we are late. That was an uncomfortable situation, we were not late because we said we are checking out at 11, which is the typical time for check out and the host knew about it. I guess it was because there were next guests waiting to check in early, but it was not our fault.

The owner of apartment was so helpful, location is in the good neighborhood and breakfast was good, apartmant was very clean and nice.

Nice B&B close to the City center. The best was one of the most confortable bed I slept on in my entire life. The two guys who welcomed us in the B&B were incredibly nice and gave us a lot of suggestions. We basically went only where they suggested and did not regret it!

I think they should stop sending all those emails before arrival. It is very annoying. I got 4 emails and 2 messages on WhatsApp all with the same info. I was a bit annoyed so I emailed them to ask for them to stop and I got an answer with quite an attitude. I think you should stop sending all those emails (at night time), it is not nice
