Very nice and comfortable apartment, everything needed in place, very easy and pleasant communication with the owners. Could really recommend it!

The area where the house is located isn't the nicest, however, it didn't ruin our experience. Good for one night.

Amazing facility, modern and new, stylish, loved it.

Everything was of top level for the price

Everything was okay.  The place was clean and had a double bed, closet, desk, TV and a private bathroom. It was very clean, cleaning happened everyday. Located around 10-15 min walking away from the centre. It's a room in an apartment with two rooms and a kitchen. For breakfast you get a voucher to use in one of two cafe's nearby which are okay.

The vibe was not very cozy, felt a bit more like a hostel than a guest house. The street where the apartment is located looks a bit rough, so does the hallway and the lift. However, I feel like it's just the way it is in the whole city, so it's not really the fault of the owners. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the doors have a weird lock like on an emergency exit, which doesn't really give a sense of security because you cannot lock it from the inside and on the outside you open it with a card. The hairdryer is available but it's extremely weak. It would be a nice improvement if it was replaced with a better one.

The apartment has an excellent location, about 2 minutes from Bellini Park and 10 minutes to the historic city. Clean and warm, with a large balcony. The owners are extremely friendly, available anytime by phone or What’sApp. As a compliment, there is a coffee machine with free capsules for guests. The breakfast sandwiches at Salumeria del Lago are top notch! In the cafe at number 63 they make a great Americano, for those who are not used to Italian espresso :)

The elevator is very old and narrow. There are quite a few stairs and for guests with problem joints and a lot of luggage it may be a problem

Location is awesome. I travelled with two 8 year old kids, and we've easily walked from the guesthouse to the city center and back three times a day. There are 2 supermarkets super close to the place. For breakfast you get a voucher that could be used in a nearby coffeeshop (2 options, I advice the number 59)

The one thing that was a bit of a bummer was actually the fault of Booking, because apparently there was a bug in the reservation, and instead of a room for 3 we got a room for 2. It was fine anyway, and there was enough space for all of us.

The apartment was well located and well organized. It was also very clean. We had an issue the first night but Christian answered right away although it was already in the evening and proposed us to stay in another room in the Lago di Nicito Guesthouse (perpendicular street) the day after, which we did. He was very accommodating and provided very precise and clear information on the way to proceed for check-in/check-out instructions.

Besides from the noise from the street that unfortunately couldn't disappear, a water meter (or something alike) right behind the partition wall of the room was making a strong and constant noise, making it impossible to sleep at night.
