There waws no warm water and no staff to assist with the issue

The room is spacious

The wifi is non-existent!! The aircon remote was not working. So you have no way to control room temperature at all. The room had a funny smell. The room was not dirty - but the room was not guesthouse clean. The oven was not clean at all. The room has no "in-between" lights. Either full day light (it seems) or bedside light that is not bright enough.

You should get a more professional care taker as we had to stand outside for more than 20 minutes before she opened the gate.

it is close to the Beitbridge border

The water was turned off, and we constantly had to request for it to be turned on, even during the night. When we arrived, there was no reception available. Instead, a guard who was sleeping on a bench outside the rooms received us, but she did not show us where the rooms were, despite it being late evening.
