It did not have all the facilities as written in booking com & what was written was misleading. It was grubby with very uncomfortable beds

Roomy with good bathrooms and hot water. Ideal for family

Very limited kitchen facilities. Offer of more blankets would help as weather very cold. Problems of communication with staff. No English and little effort to help. Sat on his phone all day. We really needed wifi. Not interested it seemed. Yusuf was nice but seldom there

This was the best place to stay at in Coonoor. The proprietor was courteous and awesome. The staff was very helpful and made our stay very special and comfortable. The property offers breakfast but we cooked in the well equipped kitchen that they have. They arranged the barbeque and fire place for us. The location is something like you will feel being in clouds. Seeing and setting sun wa surreal. You can have a view of entire coonoor from the holiday home. Its around 1 km from Sim'spark and not too far from Coonoor bus stop.

Its a bit far from main market

Owner is very friendly and cooperative. Property is neat and clean.

No food available at property, but we got nice tea.
