The location is excellent. Property owner Mr Yusuf was polite and helpful.

The co ordination between Booking.com and property. Since, I had hard time to get final confirmation of my booking till the very last moment.

I made a booking for 16th-17th april and also had a talk with the owner 1 day prior to check in, but on the day of check in he informed me that no rooms are available ,that too when I called him. No decency to atleast call the customer and inform him so that he can make an alternative arrangement. Never book this hotel or it will spoil both your mood and vacation.

Really cute place with a great view. This property has a rustic charm and the staff are so friendly and nice. The food was also home like. Really enjoyed staying here. Quite accessible from the market and cafés. About 2.5 kms from Coonoor railway station.

I usually don't write detailed reviews. The Host, Mr. Yusuf- Stayed in this property for two days in March 2023 with my family of 6 and a kid. Must say, I have never seen such a warm hearted and cheerful host like Mr. Yusuf. He took care of every small things whenever and whatever we needed. The Property- The pictures donot do justice to the beauty of this home. It was built in the British Era and taken care by their 4th generation now. Very well maintained, neat and clean, vintage cottage. Very well maintained garden with lots and lots of flowering plants adds to the beauty, along with the 180 valley view of the Coonoor town. They have a caretaker and a domestic help available at the property. The care taker, Mr. Sooraj will be there always and caters to your every needs during your stay. Also, Sims Park is in 10 mins walking distance. Commute - The property is just 2 kms from the Coonoor Main Bus stand and very easily accessible by autos. If we ask Mr. Yousuf to arrange the commute in advance for us, he will definitely do so as he has contacts of multiple drivers (autos, cabs) for short commute as well as sightseeing - Connoor or Ooty. Food - If asked, they serve simple home cooked food for breakfast or meals like Rice, chapati, daal, veg/non-veg with minimal charges. You can customise the way you want based on the resources available. The Host will discuss with you and serve the best combo possible. They have a menu card as well. There are multiple restuarants available in 100 meters.

My parents had no complaints about anything, they were delighted with everything they experienced.
